Cruising the internet, the other day, I ran across something called a RAID log on a University of Chicago web page. Curious, I stopped to investigate.
Just what is a RAID log?
Turns out, it is a great idea. RAID stands for Risks, Action Items, Issue Log, and Key Decisions.
These 4 important logs are combined into a single spreadsheet with each log on a separate tab. All the important information contained in these logs are available in a single location. Imagine, the ability to manage risks, action items, issues, and decisions from a single file.
Kudos to the University of Chicago for posting the file.
